Im a white girl (ok Im 33), I live in downtown Joburg and I think it is the greatest city in the world. I have lived in London, New York, Copenhagen (possibly the dullest place on earth) and Berlin, and have felt just as nervous on those streets as I ever have here. Jozi rocks!
